Google Form- It is the best way to collect online data in any field. It plays a very significant role. Google form is the survey that helps to receive information, pictures, videos, and so on. Here the preview of Google form.
Follow the steps to create a google form
STEP-1 First of all, open your G-mail Account, then go google apps and select google drive.
STEP-2 Go to my drive.
STEP-3 Click More then appears google form option.
STEP-4 A new tab will be open in front of you
STEP-5 Here you can create your required google form.
STEP-6 If you change the name of Untitled document, so it is easily possible.
STEP-7 You can also change the theme of your Google Form.
STEP-8 You can also customize the answers option, like Short answer, Multiple Choice, Checkboxes, Paragraph, Dropdown, File upload, Linear Scale, Multiple choice Grid, Checkbox Grid, Date and Time.
(i) Short answer - There you can enter your answer more than 30 words.
(ii) Multiple Choice- There you can apply the number of options of your answer.
(iii) Checkboxes- There you can give your answer by tick the correct ✔
(iv) Paragraph- It is the option where you can give your detailed answer.
(v) Dropdown- It is the option when you click the dropdown then available the option.
(vi) File Upload- It is the most usable option where you can upload your documents, pictures, pdf, png, and so on.
(vii) Linear Scale- There are several options for labels.
(viii) Multiple Choice Grid & Checkbox Grid- are similar to checkbox and multiple choice but the options are in GRID.
(ix) Date- You can mention the publish date of your form.
(x) Time- You can also allow the timer of the given questions.
STEP-9 After completing these all details then the required options are available. which is compulsory.
STEP- 10 You can copy the doc link and share those you want to collect data.
Response are show in the response menu. You can check it.
